David Mandrake has spent almost thirty years working on the front line of private investigations for Bay State Detective Agency in Boston, Massachusetts. The years he dedicated to serving the people of Boston—to collaborating with police detective operations and providing expert testimony at criminal and civil trials—has helped him build upon his earlier experiences as a constable for the City of Gloucester and Salem and Special Officer for the Gloucester MA Police Department. These experiences have instilled in him a unique perspective regarding integrity goodwill, and kindness that has shaped David’s subsequent career.

Since leaving the Bay State Detective Agency in 2010, David has applied his developed skills to global investigative operations. He created Guardian Security and Investigations Pty Ltd, which provides security, conducts investigations, and oversees monitoring across the United Kingdom (UK), United States (US), Australia, and New Zealand. David has also applied his expertise skills in security and investigations in his work with Majestic Legal Services in London and Majestic International Business Services (the parent company) in Wyoming, USA —in which he has provided paralegal services to international private and commercial clients since 2011.

However, the most profound reflection of David’s character and career is his work with the charitable organization Universal Soul Love. Since October 2015, David has served as Executive Director of this international, faith-based charitable organization, which uses its offices across the UK, US, and Australia to promote peace, happiness, and connection—on both a personal and political level. Serving with Bay State Detective Agency in Boston and various police departments, federal investigators, and law firms in Massachusetts has often brought David face-to-face with the worst and best aspects of humanity. With Universal Soul Love, he decided to focus on the best aspects of humanity and encourage people to do greater good in the world—which is a challenge that he and his colleagues relish.

David is highly qualified across several fields and in several international jurisdictions. He is certified in the Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation and has received Level 1 Insurance Fraud Certification from the North American Training Institute. These qualifications are in addition to being licensed by the NSW Police to offer special security services including body guarding, guard dog services, armed guard services, security consulting/risk assessments, and training and assessment programs. He is the CEO of Guardian Bail Bonds in Tennessee and a trained Bail Enforcement Agent. David is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (UK), a Fellow of the National Association of Licenced Paralegals UK), a qualified member of the International Bar Association, and the Council of International Investigators (USA). By acquiring these credentials and continually enhancing his skill sets, David has aimed to always combine high quality work with his intention to promote positive change in the lives of others.
